Accomodate a much larger average player and npc size by increasing precision of compare stats:

Increases stat compare descriptions from 4 levels to 6 levels:
about the same, barely more, somewhat more, more, clearly more, much more

Increases precision of appraise enemy skill from 3x skill to 4x skill

Stealing adds Adrenaline
Added 2 Levels to stat comparison:
example:
  about the same strength, barely stronger, somewhat stronger, 
  stronger, clearly stronger, much stronger

avg_stat has grown, thus the difference indicated by "a bit" has grown to be almost useless as a comparison.
High precision on compare living up to 4x skill vs 3x skill to accomodate larger player/npc sizes.
