feat(Quiz,QuizQuestion): add action buttons for answer options

This PR:

• Adds action as an optional prop to the Answer component (which is used by Quiz) so that we can enable speaking practice for quizzes
  • Note: The action prop is set on the answer level rather than question or quiz level, to give consumers explicit control over when action buttons are rendered. This allows scenarios where certain answers have no audio, or where speaking practice is intentionally omitted for specific options.
