cmetrics use cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.0), to avoid policy error in Ubuntu 26.04, use CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM. Signed-off-by: Kentaro Hayashi <hayashi@clear-code.com>
