fix: compilation errors from invalid/unknown identifiers

Description

replaces 2 imports of widgets.dart with material.dart because they reference classes defined in material but not in widgets, also updates a constructor call in 2 other files to use the correct name of a named parameter

This isn't the solution because value is deprecated and should not be removed. See analyser failure:https://github.com/firebase/FirebaseUI-Flutter/actions/runs/20214179073/job/59561584275?pr=579#step:5:23

@russellwheatley my mistake, and you're right it wasn't part of the solution to the error i reported, so i've reverted that change in this fork
