… to better represent NPCs as part of / not included in a clear while its taking place. Rename from npc_profile_loot_timer.user.js to npc_loot_timers.js as well as change script name to Torn: Loot Timers to better reflect the scripts overall purpose.

This PR does a full rewrite of the NPC profile script.
It fully integrates loot ranger data and also does a lot of underlying design updates.
