readOnly=true를 수정하여 saveTodo의 쓰기 작업을 허용
User, UserResponse, UserService, JwtUtil, JwtFilter 등 총 11개의 java코드에 nickname 생성 조회 기능을 추가 반영
Todo Controller에 searchTodo 기능을 추가하고 이를 weather조건과 수정일 기준으로 조회가 가능하게 끔 함. 기간의 시작과 끝 조건이 없을 시에도 JPQL이 동작할 수 있게끔 기본 설정 값을 지정해두었음.
todo 단건 조회시 todo가 존재하지 않을 때 예외가 발생해야하는데 정상 조회 처럼 출력되는 것을 수정
