Closing: ESLint 10 is not installable in this project yet. The latest stable @nextcloud/eslint-config (8.4.2) constrains the toolchain to eslint ^8 (via @babel/eslint-parser and the rest of the Nextcloud lint stack), so npm ci fails with ERESOLVE. We'll revisit the ESLint major bump once @nextcloud/eslint-config 9.x (currently RC) is released as stable and we migrate to flat config.
