Description Of Changes

POC for filtering the activity monitor tree by using global filtering for results and the tree

Issues found:

• Refreshing of tree is not well supported
• Changing filters will collapse the entire tree and de-select and tree filtering

MVP requirements:

• Implement re-designed global filters instead of using existing filter design
