fix(load): prevent busy loop and optimize buffer allocation

• Fix busy loop when batch creation fails by adding a retry delay instead of aborting the upload immediately.
• Prevent rapid iteration restart when no uploads succeed by waiting for NodesSyncWait.
• Optimize memory usage by allocating the transaction data buffer once and reusing it across iterations, reducing GC pressure.
