Tests covering branch-collapse, branch-sibling, small-leaf-collapse, account chain-root and new-account scenarios. test_148 and test_154 updated to reflect the correct minimal witness after fix: branch siblings excluded (their hash is already embedded in the parent branch node on the access path).
