Implement CalDAV backend for ProtonMail calendar integration. Supports listing calendars and events, with read-only access to calendar objects via the CalDAV protocol. Closes emersion#207

Added CalDAV support for ProtonMail Calendar. Implements a CalDAV backend following the same pattern as the existing CardDAV implementation. New caldav package with backend and command-line integration.
