Documents several episode management features and introduces a dedicated notification gating page.

Notification gating (#6172 follow-up):

Moved notification gating content from alerts-v2.md into a new dedicated page (notifications/notification-gating-v2.md) under the Notifications section. The page documents the three confirmed gating mechanisms — acknowledge, snooze, and deactivate — their scope, and when to use each. Also introduces the dispatcher as a named concept with a definition in notifications-v2.md and in the kibana-alerting-v2.md terms glossary.

Rule summary flyout (#6008):

Added a "Rule summary flyout" section to view-manage-rules-v2.md describing the expand button on the rules list, what the flyout surfaces, and how it differs from the full rule details page.

Snooze popover update (#6171):

Updated view-and-manage-alerts-v2.md to reflect the quick-snooze popover UI. Added a separate "Unsnooze an episode" section covering single and bulk unsnooze, and clarified that snooze applies at the group level rather than per episode.

Bulk actions (#6169):

Added a "Bulk actions" section to view-and-manage-alerts-v2.md documenting how to select multiple episodes and apply acknowledge, unacknowledge, snooze, unsnooze, resolve, activate, and edit tags in bulk, with a note on how group-level scope applies when multiple groups are selected.

Assign episode to user (#6165):

Added an "Assign an episode" section to the episode detail page content in view-and-manage-alerts-v2.md, covering single-user assignment, how to replace or clear an assignee, and when assignment is useful during triage.

Filter by assignees and tags (#6163):

Documented the Tags filter in the "Filter and search" section of view-and-manage-alerts-v2.md, including OR logic behavior and the relationship between tag filter choices and the selected time range.
