In #4287, we added a limitation to service status doc page. In support, we also think that we should add this to the generic limitation page for ECH, which is https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/elastic-cloud/restrictions-known-problems.

In #4287, we added a limitation to service status doc page.
In support, per some internal discussion, we agreed that we should also add this to the generic limitation page for ECH, which is https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/elastic-cloud/restrictions-known-problems.
