Nice addition! Could we use Tailwind CSS classes instead of custom CSS for .task-title-clamp?

Yes @4pmtong — I agree on moving this to Tailwind for cleaner code, but this component is currently hard-coded by a previous engineer.

Should I refactor the structure in this PR, or open a separate issue/PR for it?

Also on scope: I previously grouped multiple UX fixes into one PR and @Wendong-Fan said it was too complex to review. Can we align on a simple guideline for how much UX change is ok in one PR?

Hi @Douglasymlai, thanks for the PR! I was working on a similar fix in #897. Your approach with tooltips is great for readability. I noticed that in my version, I also added a maxLength constraint to prevent the title from breaking the layout in the first place.
