Replaced BrowserRouter with HashRouter

@ajkeast That is not the recommended solution though https://reactrouter.com/en/main/routers/create-hash-router. The right way to approach this issue is to I'm currently using render.com and this worked for me |

Replaced BrowserRouter with HashRouter. BrowserRouter is used for one-page website and that's why our app fails on refresh after deployment. Using HashRouter instead fixes the issue. Refer to StackOverflow for more information. This PR fixes the issue.
