Fixing Workflow unit-test execution & Adding Test-Reports functionality

📌 Description

This PR will change the workflow to ensure that unit-tests run instead of consumer tests.
It also enables docs-as-code to parse the 'tests-report' folder in case it is there, which enables people to have their own testing.

Fixes: #328
