Replaced individual Keyple component definitions with `keyple-java-bom:2025.09.12` for consistent and simplified dependency versioning.

…org.eclipse.keyple' for distributed reader client examples - Renamed/moved Java sources from org.eclipse.keyple.distributed.example... to org.eclipse.keyple.example.distributed... - Ensures Git tracks moves (renamed files) in Example_Distributed_ReaderClientSide_Webservice and _Websocket modules only. No other files included in this commit.
Excluded `META-INF/*.SF`, `META-INF/*.DSA`, and `META-INF/*.RSA` files from JAR to prevent inclusion of unnecessary signature files during the build process.
