Fixes that came up from sample local event deployment

  • Typo in backend configure form
  • Cleanup sample migration for dockers
  • Use player notify on PlayerEvent
  • Make legal pages visible irrelevant of eventStartEnd, eventStart & teamAccess
  • Hide player profile leaderboards when we only show team based scores
  • Fix syntax of hint on signup identificationFile
  • Sync variable names for ansible playbooks
  • Update default values for ansible host_vars to match our usual deployments

move the pass rule from base pf.conf to service.pf.conf so that when we want to add redirect rules we can place them above it. This way we keep all changes into service.pf.conf instead of the main pf.conf
