This pull request enhances the summary display for calculation and minimization engines by adding HTML hyperlinks and version information, where available. It introduces a utility function to generate these links and updates the refinement summary to use it, making the summary more informative and user-friendly.
Improvements to engine and minimizer display:
_ENGINE_URLS) mapping known engine and minimizer names to their documentation URLs, and a helper function (_engine_link) that generates HTML hyperlinks including package version information when available. Falls back to plain text if no URL is known._engine_linkfunction for displaying calculation and minimization engines, enhancing the summary with clickable links and version info.
