Description
Allows you to configure what is sent to Duo to match users, adds the support for email address to be sent.
Motivation and Context
We didnt use the same username format on our wordpress sites to the rest of our systems, so email address was needed to be sent instead to match Duo users correctly.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested on our own test wordpress instance
