[WIP] Fix invalid devcontainer.json configuration

Fix the .devcontainer/devcontainer.json file in the dreadwitdastacc-IFA/codespaces-react-fork repository. Currently, it contains two separate JSON objects, which makes it invalid. Merge them into a single valid configuration that includes:

1. The universal:2 image.
2. Port forwarding for 3000 and 6006.
3. A postCreateCommand that runs ./scripts/setup-git-auth.sh || true and installs @google/gemini-cli@latest.
4. The VS Code extensions: GitHub.vscode-pull-request-github, GitHub.vscode-github-actions, and ms-azuretools.vscode-docker.
5. Automatic file opening for src/App.jsx.

Additionally, create a new file named DNS_CREDENTIALS.md containing the following DNS verification details for gogetumminmine.com:

• Type: TXT
• Name: _gh-ifawoleEsubiyi-o
• Hostname: _gh-ifawoleEsubiyi-o.gogetumminmine.com
• Value: c73489685d
• TTL: Auto
• Proxy Status: DNS Only (Grey Cloud)
• Purpose: GitHub Organization/Domain Verification
