stego: png lsb embed/extract, dns txt, zero-width unicode as alternative transports to dodge network sensors. cleanup: 5th beacon hook wipes pshagent sessions/jsonl/logs after each task, full shred on beacon termination including ps history and event logs. two beacon flavors — "spin up" deploys pshagent + api key to targets with no agent installed, "take over" hijacks existing claude code/codex/cursor/gemini installations using the victim's own binary and credentials. auto-detects on landing, prefers hijack. stolen creds cascade across the network for attribution insulation. inspired by originsec/praxis. adds comprehensive implementation guide for building a c2 mesh on top of psh-agent. covers architecture, module structure, 5 build phases with full powershell code, verification steps, and api reference. no code changes to psh-agent itself - just the docs/c2-mesh-implementation.md planning doc for review before building
