  • Sync installer assets from release/10.0 (WiX v5 migration + localization fixes)
    • Replace legacy WiX v3 bundle with WiX v5 (bundle.wixproj, Wix.props/targets, bundle.wxs, dotnet-packages.wxs,
      new thm.wxl files)
    • Remove old bundle.wxl files and bundleproj
    • Updated build/pipeline props and solution to match release/10.0 state
