Applies a Microsoft Style Guide pass to refresh docs/core/introduction.md by updating metadata and improving clarity/voice consistency.
Changes:
- Updated frontmatter metadata (including
ms.date) and addedai-usage. - Refined wording to reduce passives/weak phrasing and removed first-person language.
- Normalized punctuation by replacing
--with em dashes—in lists.
