This captures all of the API changes included in .NET 11 Preview 4, compared to .NET 11 Preview 3.

Note that the Microsoft.Extensions.*.Abstractions move (see dotnet/docs#52865) caused big unreadable diffs for Microsoft.Extensions (remove the assemblies from Microsoft.AspNetCore.App, add them to Microsoft.NETCore.App) so I have used hacky code (769e772) to make the diff reasonable.
