Added section on hosting Blazor Web Apps in a web farm or cluster, including session affinity and Data Protection recommendations.
I'm not placing the DP cross-links directly into the new section in the Entra article version of the section because the Entra article already strongly recommends AKV/Managed Identities for the key ring earlier in the article. I do, however, place the DP cross-links in the Additional resources section of the Entra article.
For the OIDC article, I have the links in the new section because that article doesn't push any sort of shared key ring configuration earlier in the article.
