Update logo of Foundation #2651

The logo of Foundation has been changed to Oak leaf. While HTTPD changes their logo to follow, we should replace the feather with oak logo of the ASF.

Our publishing process (and Docker Hub itself) box this logo into a square - is there a variant of the logo that fits better into a square shape, or is this really the preferred form? (I don't mind either way if this is the right one to use, but I do want to double check ❤️) |

For example, would it be appropriate for us to use https://apache.org/foundation/press/kit/feather.svg instead? That will fit into a square better (and our tooling will handle an SVG nicely so that we can get whatever size we need). |

(even https://apache.org/foundation/press/kit/poweredBy/Apache_PoweredBy.svg seems like it'd be better/cleaner for our purposes, but we really are open to whatever is preferred 🙇) |
