MutationEvents

The evolution of mutation events, including the new proposal, will be monitored as it should greatly influence the framework's functionality. Existing mutation events were avoided due to interoperability issues.

The current "document-updated" event serves as a placeholder of sorts for proper mutation events, though it's also a shortcut for avoiding the ExplicitRetrieval issue.
