Add languages that reached >80% translation progress:
- fa (Persian)
- lt (Lithuanian)
- ug (Uyghur)
- vi (Vietnamese)
Remove languages below 80% threshold:
- hu (Hungarian)
- pl (Polish)
- sv (Swedish)
- zh-TW (Traditional Chinese)
Based on current translation progress visible at https://bot.translate.discourse.org/?sort=translation-progress-misc&order=desc (Misc column).
