…r number assigned, remove legacy stack code build_full_tree now walks up from current branch to find the bottom of the current stack chain instead of including all trunk children. New PRs now get a second body edit after pr_number is stored so the current branch shows its own PR link in the tree. Removed unused AncestorPr, build_stack_section, build_stack_body, and stack_ancestors.
