• ignore NativePHP local desktop build output under nativephp/electron/dist
• keep the Laravel Boost-generated agent docs in sync across AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and GEMINI.md
• restore a clean default worktree so local NativePHP builds do not keep showing up as repo noise
