- Added a new slash command in command.yml file. - Created a new file prompt.txt with detailed instructions for creating, editing, and removing a command. - Provided background knowledge about Devchat and its command structure. - Included guidelines for handling commands and updating the command list.

Add new command /commands to create/edit a command. With GPT function calling, it can continue to create or update files in command directory. Without GPT function calling, it will tell user how to create or edit a command.
