Move Cloud Computing to precede Command line; update suggested schedules A/B/C to incorporate Cloud Computing and to align with teaching durations. Closes #124

I've never taught "Schedule B" and I'm not sure it makes sense to teach the Command Line lesson and then NOT apply it to the Genomics data set in the Data Wrangling lesson, but I will raise that in a separate Issue that can be debated after this PR is merged.

…to incorporate Cloud Computing and to align with teaching durations. Ref datacarpentry#124

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
