Replace gala dependency with standalone files
This adds the two gala files that we want to use to the student download, modifies the imports in all episodes and the episode_functions.py file, and updates the text to help learners import the functions if they are not in the student_download directory. I have approval from Adrian Price-Whelan to use these files in the lesson with the CC-BY 4.0 license.
