- Add --force flag to tag push command to handle cases where remote tag deletion fails - Prevents exit code 128 errors when tag already exists remotely - Ensures tag successfully moves to merge commit even if previous deletion was unsuccessful
- Set git user.name and user.email before creating annotated tags - Prevents "empty ident name not allowed" fatal error - Add --force flag to tag push to handle existing remote tags - Ensures release tags successfully move to merge commits
