my tooling reverted the report, but it's in there - worth reviewing.

StachuDotNet and others added 3 commits January 23, 2026 01:01
Created detailed report analyzing upgrade opportunities across:
- .NET/F# packages (Paket): Major .NET 10 upgrade available
- Node.js/NPM packages: TypeScript 5.x, ESLint 9.x, tree-sitter 0.26
- Rust crates: tree-sitter 0.25.6

Report includes:
- Current vs latest versions for all dependencies
- Risk assessment and upgrade priorities
- Phased upgrade strategy recommendations
- Breaking changes to watch for
- Comprehensive testing checklist

Key findings:
- .NET 10 migration is largest upgrade (net8.0 → net10.0)
- TypeScript can upgrade from 4.9 to 5.9 (major improvements)
- Tree-sitter ecosystem has 6 minor versions of updates
- VSCode language client can upgrade from 7.x to 9.x
