Adds a Dapr AI integration page showing how to call Tuning Engines from a Dapr Workflow activity as an OpenAI-compatible governed AI endpoint.\n\nThe page uses placeholder environment variables only and keeps Dapr responsible for workflow execution while the gateway handles model routing, policy checks, and trace correlation.\n\nValidation run locally:\n- git diff --check
