Adds two README badges to the top of the SDK README:
No code or content changes; just two badge lines below the title.
Why: badges are the conventional at-a-glance signal for "is this maintained, what version, what license" — a small but real discovery improvement now that the SDK is being listed across awesome-android, awesome-kotlin, and awesome-jetpack-compose.
