Summary

Added ~20 critical, high-signal resources that were identified as gaps. Focus is on "OG" / industry-standard tools and readings that developers actually rely on daily.

New additions include:

• Productivity: Docker, Homebrew, jq, ngrok, Excalidraw (daily drivers)
• Blogs: Krebs on Security, Stratechery, The Old New Thing (Raymond Chen), AWS Architecture Blog, Uber Engineering, Dropbox Tech

• Books: Code Complete 2, Domain-Driven Design, Working Effectively with Legacy Code, Accelerate, The Mythical Man-Month

Fixes:

• Removed duplicate High Scalability entry (kept in System Design, removed from Blogs)
