Extracting Mplus Output

The Mplus Automation Package imports a list of Mplus Output models using a nested list. The list below indicates nodes where you can find useful information.

• $summaries - Title, filename, Number of Dependent and Independent variables, number of observations
• $input$data$file - file directory
• $parameters$stdyx.standardized - unstandardised output including paramHeader, param, est, posterior_sd, pval, lower_2.5ci, upper_2.5ci, sig, BetweenWithin
• $parameters$stdyx.standardized - standardised output
• $parameters$r2 - R² values
• $input$define - Outcome variables (if they exist)

Means, SDw, SDb and ICC can be found under the column param.
