This PR contains two simple improvements:

  1. It removes the file_extensions statement from the JavaScript syntax file, which is redundant for the purposes of this package, and can be picked up by Sublime as the default syntax when loading a JavaScript file.
  2. It adds a tmPreferences file, enabling commenting/commenting-out behavior.
