I don't have a problem merging this but I am unable to reproduce the problem you're describing (Ubuntu 12.04 is my primary development target). I've added test-kitchen to the repo and I'm curious if you can reproduce the problem inside test-kitchen from master. |

Note that this is not to be pedantic. CRLF was causing the bash script to fail with "bad interpreter" error (Ubuntu 12.04).
