Description
Updating the tests, such that the output folder can be selected using the
--basetemp, and allowing to run them even in parallel using the-nflag, i.e.,pytest --cov=pycopm --cov-report term-missing --basetemp=test_outputs tests/ -n autoRelevantto #87, where the tests are run via docker.
