Summary

  • install and initialize the bd Beads tracker, exporting the JSONL database and copying upstream Beads docs into reference-docs for local reference
  • rewrite AGENTS/TODO instructions to mandate bd-based workflows and annotate ISSUES.md with guidance to use the Beads CLI
  • migrate every legacy TODO entry into bd issues with preserved status so priority work remains open and historical items are closed
