Summary

Sync CODEOWNERS and maintainers.yaml with the actual cozystack team.

The current files contain a large number of stale entries inherited from the dot-project template (controller-tools, kubeapps and unrelated kubernetes contributors) that have no relation to cozystack. This PR removes them.

Compared to #2, this PR additionally retains active Aenix contributors that hold the maintainer role on this metadata repository and on cozystack/cozystack, but are not listed in cozystack/cozystack/MAINTAINERS.md:

Result

project-maintainers team after this PR:

The reviewers team (entirely populated with unrelated kubernetes contributors) is removed.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated repository code ownership configuration to reflect current maintainers.
    • Updated project team membership records in the maintainers list.

Review Change Stack

Remove stale entries from controller-tools and kubeapps projects that
were inherited from the template and have no relation to cozystack.

Keep the 10 maintainers listed in cozystack/cozystack MAINTAINERS.md
and additionally retain active Aenix contributors who hold the
maintainer role on the .project metadata repository.
