@aayush-senapati, Moved up the recommended node labeling method as the 1st method. And shortened the LHS navigation title to AVX2-Aware Scheduling as it was spilled-over to the 2nd line. The docs page preview link is in the 1st comment. |

Created this PR as an alternate to PR 48.
PR 48 is forked (not the way to create doc PRs) from the
release/2.9branch and will be very difficult to merge.Ignore the preview yml file.
