From looking this is just the runner. Are changes needed for minimizer (at
least the test detection) for xunit2? I was under the impression that it
worked quite differently from xunit.

Unsure. I don't see any runner specific plugin model for the minimizer

From a quick look I would guess that xunit2 seems to be much more like
mspec than like xunit
