The bootc reverse dependency CI was disabled pending resolution of bootc-dev/bootc#2044. Re-enable it now pointing to bootc main. Also fix the patch recipe in bootc/Justfile to use the correct crate name 'composefs-ctl' and path 'crates/composefs-ctl' (instead of the stale/incorrect 'cfsctl' / 'crates/cfsctl').
