Overview
Regenerates the Fern Python SDK (CLI 3.50.1, generator 4.55.1) and bumps the package to 5.20.5, updating public exports and the generated reference.md signatures.

Client construction and request plumbing change: sync/async clients now error if no API token is provided (instead of silently omitting Authorization), add Fern runtime/platform headers, support async token providers for async requests, and adjust HTTP behavior (URL joining that preserves base path prefixes, safer handling of empty query params, multipart None filtering, preserved explicit empty bodies, and a revised retry/backoff strategy using Retry-After/X-RateLimit-Reset with jitter).
