Zone A/B should be split along easting, not northing.
Some tests for south pole region's zone designators.
Updating the tests.
It should parse correctly just be an invalid or wrong position, thus parsing shouldn't throw an exception.
Combined functions LLtoMGRS and LLtoMGRSUPS, as MGRS should be defined within polar regions. Implementation pending.
Tested against online geographic lib at: https://geographiclib.sourceforge.io/cgi-bin/GeoConvert? CAUTION: Interface Change! LLtoMGRS and LLtoMGRSUPS has been merged to the earlier.
